Return & Refund Policy

At Family Essence Coffee, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service.

Due to the nature of food products, all coffee items are final sale and non-returnable once opened.

Refunds or replacements are only offered under the following circumstances:
– The wrong item was shipped
– The item arrived damaged or defective
– The order was canceled before shipment

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and should include the order number and supporting photos, if applicable. Approved refunds will be issued for the product price only and returned to the original payment method.
